iContact Conclusion
iContact has a very straightforward email editor that makes creating a simple mass email relatively easy. They also include survey email templates, which allow you to poll customers, for free. However, limited image hosting and the expense associated with removing the iContact brand from your emails detract from your ability to create a fully customized email. They also do not offer A/B testing, which is a drawback for more experienced email marketers, but for beginners the pricing for the smaller contact lists is very competitive.
